This new addition to the JMR product line features 12K IOPS (sequential, 15K, write 30%, read 70%) and 600 MBps data transfers (sequential, 20M, write 10%, read 90%) when used in conjunction with a high performance server. This is unheard of performance from an 8-drive desktop appliance!
The "888" Desktop SAS/SATA JBOD/RAID disk storage system is available fully configured for immediate installation and connection to your host PC or server having an available x16, x8 or x4 PCI Express slot.
Fully configured storage systems include a high performance SAS/SATA RAID controller and multilane mini-SAS interconnection cable, plus disk drives having the capacities indicated below.

Using one inexpensive cable and a second 888 desktop storage system, adding another 8 TB of data storage is as simple as clearing space for another unit and plugging it in.
